Another surprised was a delicious anniversary cake was delivered to us by hotel management staffs. The attention to detail and the warm, personalized service made us feel truly cherished. Every staff member we encountered was welcoming and attentive, ensuring our celebration was perfect from start to finish. This level of care and hospitality turned our anniversary into a truly memorable occasion. The food in the restaurant has lots of choices and yummy. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Hongqiao Shanghai for anyone looking for a hotel that values its guests and celebrates their special moments. "

"Amazing hotel!!! The staff really made it great especially the lady that was cleaning my room. I rated it 3 stars for the area around the property because I feel like the location would be better as it was a bit far from everything, the Mixc mall kind of made up for it but personally I would have liked it better if it was closer to central, or on the other side near the Shanghai Towers. I liked how there was privacy and it was not a busy hotel "

"The front desk at the Yati is excellent, friendly and always are there to assist you. Ellis, Ekko, Lilly, Tracy are amazing. I spent so much time at the bar Andy and Joy became friends, Carter is a great manager at the bar. BUT, it would be awesome if there could be a Yati Happy Hour at the bar! Audrey the front desk manager has a great team. I hope the management realizes that the 5 star rating they get is because of the workers they have at the front desk. "

"Though no smoking allowed inside the facility but people can be seen smoking nearly at anytime in front within 3ft distance of the entrances. Cigarette butts can be found everywhere. People inside the lobby are suffering from second smoking even within 40ft when doors are opened and wind blows in. However, no hotel staff seems care of the situation and non-smoking policy becomes just a joke. Should an enforcement of non-smoking on the property be implemented? "
