"Wow - the hosts were incredibly kind and hospitable. Starting with being woken when we arrived at 5 in the morning and allowing us to check in after our long bus trip!!! They also made us an early breakfast before we went on our tour that same morning!! Our room was huge and airy and with a lovely hot shower. We slept so well - the bed was so comfy and warm and the room was quiet. The hosts also let us stow our bags on the day of checkout and let us wait in their lobby for the late night bus....

"Clean, comfortable room. Bathroom is quite small but everything else is good. Decent breakfast. Staff is polite and professional. They allow you to store your luggage and wait in the lounge area if you have a late night bus to catch. Overall a good budget hotel choice in Puno."

"Great location - easy walk to main square. Room was nice. Staff didn't speak much English but we muddled through. Main complaint was with breakfast.... supposed to be 6-8:30. We went down at 6:50, and none of the hot items were put out. What WAS available was pretty lame."
