"Back to Hua Hin Thailand and third time lucky arriving at this impressive hotel reception with the most welcoming of welcomes, cool drink, classic check in and personal greeting from the manager Jan before being whisked away on the golf buggy to our large pool villa located across the beach road. We felt like we had arrived home. Please see our previous reviews and enjoy our update here. The villa was large, private pool just as large as last time, with a comfy outside day bed for breaks out of the direct sun. Inside, a very comfy super king bed, and ample storage, perfect for longer trips or larger families, easily sleeping up to 4 persons. Rustic charm, unique and definitely not branded like the chain hotels nearby. A really nice base for a visit to Hua Hin, located right in the middle of everything and Grand by and in nature. Check out was friendly and private, located in the villa section, bags taken care of from the room to departure. It was sad leaving here but I won’t forget the smiles and waves from the manager and staff as we left this great hotel. The real gem here is the staff, with service now 5 star plus. Land of smiles starts here by far, nothing is too much trouble, guest centric and thoughtful service, especially in the club, staff remembering likes and dislikes and ensuring comfort by directing sun canopy’s and fans when needed. The Centara Grand is our Hua Hin home away from home and we will be back."

"Exceptional resort to stay at with a young family. We literally spent 4 hours there and decided to extend our stay. Fabulous buffet breakfast with coffee separate in house bakery with all the delicious pastries. Staff are so friendly and welcoming especially to young children. Camp Hyatt also available to entertain the kids with plenty of activities options. Massive swimming pool gym and steam room also available. Beach front resort with easy access. I would definitely come back to Hyatt Regency for our next stay. Thank you very much for your hospitality. "
