Great hotel at the right price

This is one of the best resorts I've been in Thailand. The hotel is beautiful and the service is top notch. I had an issue the first night as the bed was too soft but they quickly fixed it the next day by removing a soft pad on top of the mattress. Our room had a great ocean and pool view. The breakfast was great and the Nomada grill was very good too. I really think this hotel offers great value.

Service good - disappointed at restaurant availabi

The staff is very friendly as pretty much at all hotels this category. We felt a bit disappointed with the many closed restaurants and bars at the property. The restaurant and bar closes at 10pm. The club lounge upgrade option is definitely not worth in my opinion, one afternoon they served Oreos as a selection of snaks.

We checked with the hotel before we booked the room. They ended up with a wedding all 4 days that we had stayed . It was so noisy a lot of people, no peaceful at all. It’s really disappointed and ruined our last week of vacation.
