"Rooms spacious and lovely blend of old and new. Pool was closed (one of the main criteria for selecting the hotel) and irritating €15 pd charge for parking - also not clear in booking. Breakfast just about ok. Karlovy Vary a very beautiful place. "

"Do not do this to yourself! This place is outdated, weird, and uncomfortable. Here is what we did not like: - You can only pay in cash, they are under some sanctions, or mafia or whatever, but they are quite aggressive at the end that you need to pay cash - Rooms are spacious and clean but need major update - sinks are cracked, beds uncomfortable - SPA is very outdated, feels more like hospital, got an overpriced massage that was weird, creepy and in not so clean and comfortable environment - Hotel is kind of dark everywhere, evenings feels really uncomfortable, there is nobody around, not lively at all - Overall, if you want to enjoy Karlovy Vary and be in a nice hotel, have decent SPA experience, and feel like you enjoyed your time there, this is absolutely not the hotel to go! "
