"We were first sent to the Wall Street which was terrible. It looked nothing like the photos. It may have been Expedia’s fault for having the wrong photos up. Wall Street is run down. I informed a property manager that night via email & no response. The next morning another property manager texted asking how my stay is & I informed her of the issue. "We stayed here 2 nights. There were 4 kids 2 adults and it was perfect. We felt safe and comfortable. It had plenty of space for us all and is quiet. Only thing is if you're going ro use the couch hideaway bed bring your own sheets and blankets because there is nothing there."

"The AC hose was broken which made it almost impossible to keep the second floor apartment cool. The floors and counter were clean, but the walls in the bedroom need a scrub. Overall not great but I will say the bed was incredibly comfortable. "

"Home was clean and brand new. Room was large enough and spacious for two but host uses misleading photos. The “Kraken Suite” Infact does not have a connected bathroom which was quite the bummer. You have a private bathroom but have to leave the room in order to access it. Building walls are paper thin as others mentioned, you hear every conversation, door code, door opening and closing of upstairs and downstairs and neighboring units. The room and space were very clean and comfortable otherwise....

"This place was clean and very good location. Ran into a few other guests and was fine. Walkable to a Walgreens for necessities and right next to a charming Main Street. Walkable for me to public transit station. Would stay again."

"The location was ideal for us. We love Capital Hill. There were issues in the flat: unreliable shower water pressure, no porch light, minimal silverware, light out in hallway above apartment door, a couple blinds were a little broken. There was also trash in front of building along sidewalk. "

"Pros- Big house, great view. Cons- No shade on the door to the deck in the master bedroom. Nothing like waking up at the crack of dawn! Also, that screen door didn't latch so it banged in the wind. Some nice touches like a snack bag and a bottle of wine, but no coffee!"

"Rooftop deck was great, but could use some cover and heaters in the winter time, great place to stay, lots of options for food and drink close by. Parking garage entrance is not conducive to anything taller than a compact car. I book rooms for my guys when they are on travel jobs here. I will definitely be back."
