The bed was comfortable but that is the only positive thing I can say. The TV had no remote and didn't work manually. There were no utincils or cookware in the kitchette. The tub was missing parts from it and the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

The bugs come out at night and some during the day

Not good at all... whenever i shop for a budget friendly stays i don't expect the greatest but the issues here are unacceptable. Reaches and German bugs everywhere in the room tyrn the lights off and scream for help. That's all. Hope they call an exterminator because they're infested on a major scale

#1 Not very clean. #2 Room key cards didn't work on outside entry doors. # 3 No coffee in room or lobby. #4 No ice machine. #5 Kitchen area had no utensils, pots, etc. & microwave had not been cleaned (was dirty). #6 Only 1 bar of soap in bathroom (no shampoo, lotion, etc.) & no hand towels (only bath towels & washcloths). #7 there were several items that needed repair (a cabinet door in kitchen, grab bars in bath were loose,etc).

The hotel was nothing like the pictures. It is dirty, run down, and there were even windows that were broken in and covered with wood. I did not sleep here after checking in because I just couldn't bring myself to do it. The staff were nice enough but the hotel was just nasty.

The check in date in the evening the hotel moved me to another location with a higher rate. The other hotel didn’t have my reservation. The other hotel room had a puddle of water from the AC.

Nice for a quick stop

Location was easy to find, right around the corner to Tx Children's hospital, the front desk clerk was awesome, check in wassuper easy. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Mira consolte ese hotel daba miedo habían hasta dinosaurios ahí sirve para hospedaje turístico de hotel del terror, tremenda estafa ahí no hay quien pegue un ojo porque si echas una pesca las cucarachas vienen y te llevan hasta la consciencia caro como si fuera el mismísimo burj kalifa y para colmo las tarjetas de abrir la puerta ni funcionan tienen falso contacto ni hablar de la cama que ni sabana tenía y el colchón estaba mordisqueado por ratones! Sin ofender… tremenda demora para devolverte el dinero y tacaños como mi abuela ni agua regalan!! El hueco que había en la pared dejaba ver el carro en el parqueo valla sin palabras. Terrible, y no es solo el hotel por poco me voy por la sanja cuando venía entrando en el estasionamiento del clase hueco q había en la calle “si se puede llamar calle” la vieja que me atendió tenía tremenda mala cara porque le pedí tres veces que me cambiara el pedazo de papel que me dio para abrir la puerta, la pobre me dijo que el hotel estaba en buenas condiciones supongo que quiso decir en condiciones de derrumbarse… si las ranas tuviesen gpa viajarían con gusto hasta este hotel para tirarse de clavado en la palangana llena de fango que allí había… discúlpenme por la sinceridad pero creo q ganaría un premio hablando de lo que me enfrenté en ese hotel ni el tipo que acampa en el bosque a media noche para el canal de YouTube sobreviviendo a todo se arriesgó tanto! Lo siento pero deberían considerar darle una manito de pintura.. que barbaridad.
