Check in was a breeze, got all the necessary information before hand. Was welcomed with a very spacious unit with all the amenities needed for a couple of days stay. Came down to check out a football game at NRG Stadium which is within a good walking distance! Great communication from Erika before, during and after our stay! Was given all of the instructions with gate codes and getting to my room was a breeze because I was furnished with a property map! Will definitely stay here again without a second thought! Grocery stores, restaurants and a gas station right across the street! Gated area so everything was safe!

our stay was to attend a game at NRG, was a quick 8 minute walk to the stadium. Also able to walk to several dining options and grocery store. site was secure and we felt safe both inside and outside the property. management was quick to respond to our questions even though it was technically after hours. would recommend and would stay here again.

My stay was great . I would highly recommend it to other patients coming to MDAnderson. Very close to hospital . I was able to drive to Reside shower and sleep and get back to hospital very easily. Had washer and dryer which was so awesome. Everything for kitchen was able to prepare full meals . Even has dishwasher. Anything you would need it just felt like HOME!
