I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. The place is very nice and clean. There is a beautiful lake in the back of the hotel with a beautiful view. Staff was friendly and fulfill all of our request for housekeeping. Just need to upgrade their breakfast options other than that it was a good experience staying at Hyatt.

This review is not for the property but Expedia. The property was everything I needed it to be for that trip. I checked out early (also purchased the insurance) and the hotel said to get with Expedia for a refund for that day/night since I went third party. I have looked high and low for a customer service number for Expedia only to get one wrong number after another. No info in the emails from Expedia. And even went through app trying to figure out how to get a said night refunded. Clicked every trouble shooting link in any email I had and on app and it all circles back. Lesson learned. Is my Hilton or Marriott apps.
