"Beautiful hotel! The most Amazing free breakfast ever!!! Linens smelt soooo good i wanted to know what they used to launder the towels! The only weird thing is when i got home my clean clothes smelt like mildew it was very weird because I never smelt that there! Im wondering if everything smelt so good there because they were covering up a mildew scent since it was an older building?? Either way i would stay there again because it was so beautiful!"

"This place is more like a bed & breakfast than a hotel. Nice, cozy atmosphere. They serve an excellent breakfast. Rooms are very nice. They have a nice rooftop lounge area that has nice views. There are a few restaurants within walking distance of the hotel."

"We made a good choice to stay here. The hotel is centrally located in the historic part of town near all the shops and restaurants. It was very easy to walk around the town and see all the interesting museums and palaces. We had a long international flight which meant we arrived at the hotel very early after little sleep overnight and luckily we were able to check in to our room straight away which was much appreciated. "We enjoyed this modern hotel in the city center with all the modern amenities and furniture. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was convenient and generous. We also appreciated it’s location as it was walking distance to all of the attractions we wanted to visit in Petropolis. I would suggest to request a room in the upper floors or a room facing away from the street due to some noise from the traffic. We would definitely recommend staying here."

"Stayed in a Triplo Chalet with a queen bed. Room was cozy and had everything we needed. No fan or air conditioning, but the temperature dropped into the 50s F at night and so was very comfortable. There was a neighborhood dog who barked much of the night (very annoying) and we could hear someone snoring nearby, which was surprising seeing how the chalets are situated. "The workers woke me up out of my sleep just to replace a broken key. It could’ve waited until I got up. This caused me to be extremely tired for an event I was trying to get rest for. Very unprofessional. Other than that everything in the room is either old or broken, the breakfast sucks, and the location is far from everything. The beach in question is a man made sewage dump. I think this entire hotel needs new management and a renovation "

We feel alike staying in between amazing nature and historical castle. Also thanks for Juliana being such friendly and super nice.
