"This hotel is great for its value. Clean and spacious rooms with great amenities. I especially like it because it is in a convenient area close to where I need to be for my travels to Gwangju. There are several small motels/hotels around the area, but I think this is the best one out of them all."

"We stayed for 3 nights over the holidays including Christmas. It’s a hostel so the amenities are spare but the place is clean and comfortable. Mattresses are very firm but it wasn’t a problem for us. Because we stayed for more than 2 nights we received fresh towels and water bottles every day. Check in was easy, we called ahead to let them know our check-in time in advance as they requested. "It is located nearby historical sites and downtown. It is neat and quiet. What I suggest is perfume spread over the whole area. It smells like cheap and strong. I couldn't sleep without opening windows at the first night. I suspected that the hoteI wanted to hide other smells with this perfume but I realized I was wrong because I asked not to use the perfume and did not smell a strange smells..actually much better than using the perfume."

"The hotel definitely isn’t as nice as the photos. I wouldn’t say anything in my room was particularly dirty aside from the dusty PC area, but I’d say things were in poor condition. The comforter had many patches and areas where you can tell it had been mended and the robes should have been thrown out long ago. They were literally hanging on by a thread. The overall look of the room just wasn’t comfortable to me. However, if this was was the cheapest option and I really needed to go to Gwangju...

"The room wasn’t the room pictured in the reservation. I booked a double room for three people however the room we got was really small and wasn’t really cleaned. It felt icky. We immediately booked another hotel. "

Great stay in Gwangju

"I had a great stay at this hotel and thought the breakfast was pretty good too. I prefer Asian food over western cuisine so the breakfast options were more suited for me. Any questions I had were promptly handled or resolved by the front desk team and they were very friendly. The location was conveniently not far from a subway stop too and there’s an amazing restaurant right around the corner within walking distance from the hotel too. Would stay here again. "
