"I am still shocking on what the room i had. The reception was closed due the Lunar Chinese New Year, I need to pay extra for roaming phone call to ask for the room’s detail and passcode. The rooms seems like had been used. One cup only. Dirty floor. Used amenities kit in the toilet’s drawer. Opened cotton swaps in the wash basin. The towels seems like had been moved by someone else. Broken toilet LED light in toilet. Weak shower. Poor in all the way."

"The stay would be so much better if it wasn’t completely ruined by an incompetent receptionist. When checking out, I asked her to call us a taxi to Futian Railway Station, even showed her a photo with address both in English and Hong Kong. She called us two cabs and both of them took us to Futian Port, which is completely different from Railway Station. We only found out about it at passport check because they told us we are at the wrong location. We ended up missing the train, wasting 400HK$...
