Nice rooms on the shore of Lake Hamilton. Well appointed. However, if I had it to do again I would insist on an upstairs room. The people who where in the room above ours where quite noisy! We could hear them talking, the kids hooping and hollering and stomping across the floor. Otherwise, an enjoyable stay.

Decent place to stay, room was updated, had a small lake view, everything was good. Really only complaint I have was the bed in the room #1 is junk. It would pop and squeak with every room you or your spouse made, so we didn’t get much sleep. Other than the bed everything was ok.

This was a wonderful room with a balcony & a lovely view of the Ouachita River. The kitchen area was stocked with dishes for 4, pots & pans, coffee, paper towels, and utensils. The bed was comfortable & we had plenty of towels & toiletries. It was quiet & serene. It is located about 5 miles from downtown Hot Springs. I would definitely return & would highly recommend this hotel.

I like staying here, been here a few times. This time was a little different. We got a “courtesy” knock on the door letting us know check out was at 11….. at 9:30? Okay what ever. Next day, we get another courtesy knock. Me and my girlfriend were sleeping in, and we wake up to someone opening our door. Had to yell at them that there were still people. Again, at 9:30 am on a Saturday. My car was parked DIRECTLY in front of the door too. I get their trying to get the place clean before the next person, but damn you have to put in a system rather than knocking on peoples doors early, and almost 2 hours before check out. Felt like a total violation of our privacy.

Had reserved a 1 bed room but ended up with 2 queen beds not a deal breaker but would be nice to have been notified my original request was not available As for as cleaning there were some stains on the outer comforter and a few strands of hair in the bathtub Great view however right on the lake easy access to state parks and restaurants

The units were clean and very up to date. Everything we needed was supplied. Easy to find. Great views. Close to downtown Hot Springs. Nice and quiet and away from crowds on our weekend. Good communication from owners. We would book again. Thanks.

The House did not come up to expectations ‼️ Back sliding door broken, ice maker didn’t work, TV not working properly, floor was filthy, Back patio area not clean, bugs in home alive,Mattresses too soft, spa cover old and styrofoam in hot tub, No chairs on front porch, Guest bitten by spider, Noise from major highway right beside home ,made sleeping bad and outdoor area unable to rest and relax, had to work to make house habitable from beginning til leaving. Not able to rest from entering home. Manager Michael did his best to fix door and provide ice and to make small compensation money wise for inconveniences but was not enough for what was expected from this property and staff not being readily available to fix major problems! I normally do not leave negative reviews like this but need to inform consumers of what they need to be aware of when renting this property with their hard earned money. Expedia was not willing to refund full compensation for all these inconveniences and will definitely not book through this 3 rd party site again when going on vacations! Sincerely disgruntled and unwilling to accept this type of service from Expedia ! Registered Pharmacist and manager of WalMart Pharmacies for over 20 years of which I was trained that the customer is always RIGHT and to bend over backwards to make the consumers feel appreciated and valued.
