very unhygenic and dirty
I think you should get someone to check the rooms , we stayed in rooms 202 & 220 and the rooms, bathroom and bed linen were very unhygenic and dirty . so much so that the toilet was black at someplaces as well as wash basin.i mean i cant explain how dirty it was.

Hotel is very nice no doubt about it. Reception manager is the nicest one and helpful. Apart from that room’s were well built but not properly maintained. Toilet’s Flush is not working. Hot water supply not always available. TV remotes were not functional. Staff service could have been better.

This is a nice place to stay in Hospet, very reasonably priced, clean, with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Across the street is a great little coffee stand.

1 hotel is 30 40yrs old and modified for new looks inside rooms ,2) no hot water in rooms after 11am. 3)indian style toilets 4,)hotel staff ok 5)not enough parking space during peak times suday or restaurant / bar opens. ,6) ,overall OK because accessible to all markets and other visiting places

We expected complimentary breakfast in package. No drinking water provided in room, lobby's water for drinking got exhausted after 31st. DEC. 2018. Both the restaurant served delicious food. With multiple choice. Over all stay was quite satisfactory.

I stayed in the hotel with my family last week. The front-desk is rude and needs training on how to interact with the visitors - we checked-in late and asked if they can allow us to checkout by 1 pm(one hour late); the response was"not possible; if you want you can stay here or find some other hotel" . The faucets were leaking and insects/ants in the rooms. Not worth for the money that you spend. Looking at the crowd this hotel is more suitable for the local politicians/lobby that want to spend time at the hotel but not for families. Don't recommend this.

Nice location but the rooms are at least 20 years old. The bathrooms are really very old and even the interiors have not been changed. The restaurant downstairs is really good and is a big advantage. The staff is courteous but only person is available all the time and one has to wait for a long time.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever
Please think twice before you book this hotel. Firstly, when we have arrived, they couldn't find our booking, apparently they have two booking systems and they don't check the Expedia system often. BTW, your booking from Hotels.com will come through Expedia system. Secondly, the room has very rudimentary facilities, our window was broken with spider webs all over the window. the bed sheets clearly have some stains that are not washed-off and you can hear neighbor speaking in their bathroom. The photos they have provided has nothing to do with what the hotel is really like and you can forget about wifi and toilet paper, there are none. Thirdly, at check-out, they asked us to pay one more night as we have over-stayed, knowing that they have allowed us to check-in early and upgraded our room (which I think is a lie as all the rooms are the same) since they had trouble finding our booking. But they didn't tell us that we have to check out at the same time we check in (exactly 24hr stay), even when we have asked the very morning of the check out. The hotel blamed on us not asking for check-out time which is completely ridiculous. Eventually we have paid Rs. 150 just get out of the discussion but I regret not taking any photo of the room and taken any receipt of the Rs. 150 that I've paid so I can share on the website. Overall, based on my experience, I'd recommend to avoid this hotel at all cost.
