"Reception greeted us warmly. The stager was kind and offered to be of assistance at anytime.
The breakfast was fabulous.. delicious door and serene surroundings. "
"I had a perfect mini break!
I arrived utterly exhausted after a 12 hours journey and was immediately upgraded!
Facilities are excellent, the Spa was immaculate.
Food was delicious and generous.
The only negative was the need to invest in air conditioning.

"We loved the pool area, but were disappointed not all the saunas and steam areas seemed to be working. The wellness area had outdated workout equipment but we loved the options for racquetball and ping pong. Getting here is a hassle if you don’t have a car. There is a grocery store and little toy shop very close to the hotel (but you’ll have to walk your groceries up hill to get back to the hotel without a car - Just a warning since we saw some unhappy faces as we drove past them). We loved the pool table downstairs in the bar and our balcony was spacious with great views. It seemed by the overall look of the hotel that it was luxurious back in its day of maybe the 80s or 90s. I didn’t mind it at all and would stay here again! "
"Spacious, well decorated and clean apartment. Coffee and tea sachets provided (including coffee pods) provided and replenished each day. Also washing up cloths and dishwasher tablets. Comfortable 3-piece suite.
Approx. 30 minute drive from Luxembourg city. There is also a bus service, but I don't know how frequent.
There is plenty of off-road parking. The hotel is immediately next to a petrol station, but don't let this put you off. You don't notice it. And there is a well-stocked shop at the petrol station.
Note that the hotel is in an isolated location, a couple of miles outside Helperknapp. Also it is in the canton (county) of Mersch, not the town of Mersch. And Helperknapp is also know as Tuntange. In short, trust your sat nav even if it appears to be taking you somewhere unexpected (possibly speaking from experince [laugh emoji])"
