"It was clean, towels were nice and white. The pool and hot tub were well kept and the atmosphere was inviting and quiet. We had a slight issue checking in but was taken care of. The only thing I didn't feel deserves 5 stars was the staff wasn't friendly at all during arrival, but the other staff during our stay was excellent. I would stay here again. "

"Overall good hotel and fun for the kids. Pool was nice, plenty of chairs, and nice long hours which is great for when the kids wake up early. Beds were decent, only 3 pillows per bed though. Breakfast was good for a free breakfast. We were able to get a luggage cart at check-in, but not one at check out, a couple more would be helpful. Great location with multiple restaurant choices very close by. The room wasn't ready at check-in, it didn't bother us but others in the lobby checking in were upset about it. Expect that yours might not be ready at 3pm. "
