"We had a wonderful stay at the Delano Homestead. Tracey and Paul made us feel very welcome and comfortable in the home, they are lovely people who clearly enjoy people and keeping an Inn. The folks we met at breakfast were friendly and the location is great for walking and visiting SouthCoast towns. "

"This inn was so special. We only stayed for one night and in that short period of time felt so welcomed and so at home. The property and the inn itself are absolutely beautiful and completely updated. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and Telly and Leeza were so friendly and accommodating. We can’t wait to return for a longer weekend!"

"Love, love, love this place! The property is beautiful, as is the neighborhood and our room was lovely. Location was central and walkable to Cliff Walks and Thames St shops and dining as well as the Bellevue Ave. shopping district. My only complaint is 10AM checkout, which is earlier than any place we've ever stayed. That said, would absolutely stay here again "

"Great hotel ! Clean and updated with a nice lobby area. Attentive staff and great restaraunt bar attached to it where you can lounge and enjoy a cocktail or beverage of your choice. We will be coming back to stay at the Pell again for sure. Great value for the cost and location. "

"Room was very nice even tho in the pictures it shows a sofa and there was no sofa in the room which was kinda a down fall cause we were having a little get together for my daughters 15th birthday to hang out with her friends and we didn’t have places to sit cause there wasn’t a couch like it showed."

"Our stay was fantastic, and the accommodations are very updated. There were stains on the ceiling that should be addressed. It must be in need of a new roof, and I would hate to see all of that beautiful space be infected by mold."
