"Hannah helped me plan our Valentine getaway, and she was amazing with sorting out flowers, which I got delivered there. She also decorated the bed with petals and swans. The service was exceptional. The only small improvement we would like to suggest is regarding the swimming pool. It was hard to find, so maybe add a sign for the pool along with the current signs. Additionally, there were only a few chairs to sit around the pool, so perhaps consider adding more. Lastly, the showers outside the sauna did not work properly as the shower heads were partially blocked."

"Wow what a hotel! Perfectly located for all that Cambridge has to offer as well as the most comfy bed, clean room, well equipped bathroom with powerful shower and lovely bath wash etc, friendly staff and the most beautiful decor that I’ve seen in an English hotel! And to top it off there was a lovely fireplace in the hotel bar that we could have a nice drink in front of and warm up! Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. And it was even reasonably priced! Loved it! "

"TLDR: Absolutely brilliant value for money but watch out for the parking. PROS: - Room is literally exactly like in the photo, clean, comfortable, tea, coffee, shampoo, chilled bottled water, conditioner, body wash etc provided which we didn't expect. - Hotel has a 24 hour desk with extremely helpful and warm staff. - Hotel has monthly events and things going on, great ambiance. - Midday check out felt like a luxury, then you could come down to the lovely cafe and work there or stay as long as you like. - Right by a few great restaurants, a Sainsbury's. - Would definitely come back and recommend. CONS - No free parking! Surprising for a hotel which isn't in the city center. We left our car in the end but I think it was £20 per day. - Outside of the complex with the hotel, restaurants, supermarket etc, I don't know if there's much in Eddington, it's not a walkable distance to Cambridge, so not a brilliant location for Cambridge itself in that sense if you're doing things in the city in the day. We chose it because of the price and assumed the distance from town meant we could park. Overall 5*!"
