"Als Wiederholungstäter wurden wir auch diesmal nicht enttäuscht! Sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Service, sowohl am der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön. Frühstück ist sehr gut, es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze. Die Zimmer sind so eingerichtet, wie man es von einem „Chateau“ erwartet, am besten dazu die Bilder auf der Homepage anschauen. Housekeeping war sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sprechen gut Englisch, auch etwas deutsch. Wir kommen wieder."

There was a misunderstanding because of the booking agents listing - the hotel manager was quick to accommodate me even though she wasn't obligated to do so. The pool and hot tub were great! The room was spacious & beautiful but the bathroom had a tub/show but no curtain or glass so every time you took a shower the floor was soaking wet.
