"I rented this apartment for about a week during business presentation in Kingston. The staff were helpful, detailed and kind. Also, the location and general layout is very safe and well-kept. I appreciated having laundry appliances and a full kitchen with pots and pans so that I could cook, too. "The owner Suzanne is very personable & welcoming. She lives on the property & the apt is at the lower level with an independent entrance. The space is nicely done & a practical kitchen, & seating area. She had some supplies in the kitchen which were very thoughtful -esp if you are on the road eg milk, cereal, sugar, salt etc
The grounds are quite lovely - a nice garden with flowers, ferns, Orchids & tropical fruit trees,
You are free to walk around & help yourself to fruit if u want to. The pool is also an added bonus( though we did not use it) Suzanne also helped us with restaurant recommendations & getting Uber/ transport options.

"Responded immediately with all our needs I got home and I’m day dreaming about the view it’s even better then the photos very accommodating we loved this place on site restaurant was soooo good staff was nice they offered pick up from airport for additional fee which was cheaper than cabs because it is all the way up the mountain the property was spacious, clean linens washer and dryer in the unit full kitchen the bedrooms was spaced out ideal for families traveling we took out boys they played in the game rooms and spent the whole in the pool each day gated, secure, super friendly locals right outside the city we loveddddd this place "

It is NOT close to the actual city. I would NOT use a rental car to commute there. Use a cab or Uber only. It costs about 10-15 dollars (US) each way to the Half Tree area and a little more for other popular sites.
