We were first greeted with champagne and snacks which was nice to come to from a long flight. Our room was decorated with a “happy birthday” sign which was a surprise and they accommodated that we were celebrating my daughters wedding. All the staff are friendly and very hospitable which made our stay very memorable. The hotel was clean and spacious. Love the amenities the hotel provided. We enjoyed every moment and couldn’t have asked for anything more. We are looking forward to staying again in the future. Thank you to all the staff!

Exceptional Stay – Best Hotel Experience in My Life😍 We stayed for 7 nights, and everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was perfect—luxuriously appointed with every amenity you could possibly need for a dream trip. The view was breathtaking, overlooking Waikiki and the iconic big banyan tree. A special treat was being able to watch the hula show from our balcony, as the hotel is right across from the Hula Mound stage. A huge thank you to Anna! My parents, who are in their mid-80s, faced a 15-hour flight delay due to weather in Korea. Anna went above and beyond to ensure they were comfortable and well taken care of until their departure. Without her help, the last day of their Hawaii trip could have been stressful and disappointing. Thanks to Anna, their trip ended on a positive note. Wesley was another standout staff member. Every morning, he treated us to the best breakfast experience. He was attentive and always made sure to accommodate our requests. His kindness and professionalism made each day start off perfectly. The pool on the top floor was amazing! Being able to reserve it for private family use was such a unique and luxurious experience. The location is unbeatable, and the staff is warm and friendly. Despite my parents' flight delay, which could have ruined the last day of our trip, Anna and the team saved the day and left us with wonderful memories. Thank you to the amazing team for making our stay unforgettable!!!

お部屋の設備、広さ、清潔さ、インテリアのセンスは抜群です。立地も良いですが、エントランスなど写真よりかなり狭く、リッチな感じではありません。コミュニケーションは中途半端に「日本」という感じ。日本語で対応してくださるのは助かるのですが、こういう言い回しは日本では失礼かなと思う所がありました。清掃も所々、手抜きが見られました。用意してくださる車はベンツですが、カーナビが使えず、その後、何の対応もありませんでした。7泊しましたが、一泊20万円であれば納得できます。総額200万円を超えるとなると、リピートは考えてしまいますね。真の富裕層、完璧なサービスを求める場合は、もっと料金が高い部屋を利用するのだろうな…と感じました。

I stay in a lot of 5 star hotels and this one is by far the best. The service is outstanding. Every single person who works at this hotel is genuinely nice and genuinely wants to be of service for you. I highly recommend staying here if you are traveling with a family or bigger party as well. The location comes with breakfast served in your room and a luxury rental as well. So your saving time and money by not having to deal with that. My wife has a gluten allergy and they went out of their way every morning to pick up gluten free baked goods (that were outstanding) for breakfast. They even went out of their way and picked up lunch from down the street and set it up pool side for us. The pool is probably the best view and set up in all of Waikiki. This hotel is so spacious, extremly clean and the amenities are very top of the line. I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. This will most definitely be a frequent stop when we visit the island every year. This hotel really made our trip special. Highly highly recommend. You will not regret it.
