Nice hotel, staff need training, very willing.

"Ideal location for Stratford. Hotel rooms clean and functional. Dinner was a challenge, the food was excellent but the front of house staff were very limited in training and had to be chased constantly for everything. Checkin became complicated and the manager had to step in, just more training required ..."

"Gorgeous building, slightly tired but charming old interior. Well cleaned. Breakfast was just average, self service hot food that was only warm and new toaster needed - options were either anaemic or burnt. Bed was very comfortable except pillows. Didn't like how dogs were allowed in the dining areas ..."

"Loved the property which was very spacious. The beds are so comfortable! The only negatives is that we had to find somebody in the lobby to help us check in which felt a bit awkward. Also the flooring is very creaky and you can hear everybodys footsteps lol"
