"We booked this hotel as a post Cruise stay, to give us access to the city for a couple of days. Location was good to get out and about in Hong Kong city...and sample some great foods. Also as an Ibis (All Accor) member, the hotel was up to their standards.....will get a city view next time :-) beds are firm, but you can ask for a topper , which was usefull. Thanks for a pleasant stay"

"We had a an amazing stay here. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond. We arrived at 8am from our long haul flight, they gave us an early check in of 8.30am. We were so grateful. The bed was comfortable. The shower was really good. We got breakfast delivered each morning and it was yum. The blackout curtain was awesome. We were also given a late check out for leaving as well. Pool was warm and had another great view. Very close to the metro, there is a small mall across the way and...

"generally good hotel with excellent accommodation, restaurants and spa. Access difficult however. reaching the nearby Star Ferry was difficult and involved negotiating the attached convention centre. The surrounding roads are very busy with extensive roadworks making walking anywhere from the hotel difficult. I would stay in Kowloon in future."

"This hotel is beautifully designed and perfectly located, making it incredibly convenient and enjoyable to explore the area. The staff were exceptionally nice and professional—when I asked to extend my checkout, they kindly accommodated my request free of charge, which was much appreciated. The room itself was spotless, and the attention to cleanliness really stood out. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for both its excellent service and prime location."

"Excellent locations for shopping and dinning and easy access to all parts of Hong Kong. Even Airport bus to the airport within a few minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast room on the 1st floor has recently gone through a refresh renovation making it more pleasant to have breakfast before making it out for the day!"

"Loved the shoe cleaner, the water dispenser housekeeping staff and the restaurant. The shuttle is great although the driver does t not engage with the guest. The concierge and bellman were also excellent the day I arrive and left. The shuttle is super convenient. The hotels is located in the mid levels and there is access to everything you can imagine you just need to walk down and talk the escalators back up. But you can go down for miles so wear comfortable walking shoes. "
