I was given a disability room. The sofa, table, chairs and bathroom sink and mirror were very low and difficult for me to use. There was never any mention of the room type in the ad for the room. That information should be provided by the hotel and Expedia. Had It known about the room type I would have stayed elsewhere.

One96 is an incredible property in Hong Kong. A modern room with kitchenette and washer/dryer. Spectacular views of the harbour in a great location. Highly recommend for a once in a lifetime stay.

Good base for exploring central HK with plenty coffee shops and eateries within 5 mins walk Closest underground was Sheung Wan but Central station was only an extra 10 min walk The room itself was spacious, a little dated but still enjoyable to see the sunrise and sunsets from the higher up floors Front of house staff were very informative and helpful

The place is decent and only 1 apartment on each floor. The reception is nice but the telephone operator of the hotel is kind of rude. Overall, a decent choice in Sheung Wan but I guess there are better choices in that area with the same price.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights. It is a boutique hotel with one apartment per floor. The apartments are much more spacious than hotel rooms and the interior designs are clever to maximize space (which is a premium in HK) for similar prices to standard hotels. Great view from glass windows (full length) from our 28th floor apartment. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Having a washing machine was convenient as I was already on the road for many days. Notice it is not a standard 'hotel' so there is no restaurant or foyer etc. Very happy to stay here again.

Pro: Spacious, location, quiet, in unit washer/dryer, appliances, nice friendly staff Con: Only one elevator- had to wait over 10 minutes during check out hour. inconsistency in quality - more wear and tear in our first stay. shower clogged in our second stay. washer/dryer- takes a very long time. Overall we were very satisfied with both stays and will most likely come back if price stays competitive.
