They upgraded me to the seaview room so I extended my stay . Staffs are helpful. They closed up the business centre but they managed to print out some document for me . Overall I enjoy the stay .

Staffs are polite and helpful. Hotel room clean and lifts cleaned quite often. Guests' and visitors' temperature checked during arrival to prevent cross infection of Covid-19.

Staff Friendly but the timing was poor given current issues in HK. Pool and gym closed - we paid for executive room upgrade but the reception staff didn’t tell us the exec lounge also closed and we had to complain to get some ( not all) of our money back. Hotel has a decent location but overall we felt they could have done more to explain what was going on and not charge for specious upgrades

Decent location and clean. The room was pleasant but smaller than the pictures. If you like hot showers, the water does not get that hot and it barely lasted long enough for one person to shower. The amenities were also a bit on the sparse side

Prima hotel, maar erg ouderwets. Ligging is goed en alles goed te bereiken. Zwembad op het dak was mooi en schitterend uitzicht. Personeel was vriendelijk. Badkamer was ouderwets en de kamer veel te klein en vooral veel te warm. Was niet goed koel te krijgen.
