"This property management are not even gave you any information , or pick up a phone call when you came to check in . And you will get stuck with un-refund case. This is scam . The suck part is now you have to fine new places and don’t know if you gonna see another one this or not "

"This property is right across the beach area, less than 5 minutes walk. There are several restaurants and grocery store & convenient store nearby. The agent for this property is very good, we had a problem check in at another property we reserved and rebook this property at the last minute, the agent allow us to do early check-in."

"We loved meeting the Trinh family, they were very sweet and helpful during our stay, and obviously took pride in their home. The location was excellent, a short walk from the beach and walkable (or a quick Grab ride) to the markets and the town centre. Plenty of eateries in the immediate area. We enjoyed spending some down time on the balcony. The kitchen was quite well set up (although could benefit from a few extra utensils, eg forks, a colander). "Fantastic location, across the road from the beach and part of shopping mall so easy access to supermarket and restaurants. Apartment was very nice, they sent a cleaner every 3 days, which was really great. Host was very quick to respond to communication and requests. We asked for extra bedding for our third child and they quickly delivered. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! *Note, there is a fee to use the pool facilities. "

"The apartment is in a great location with a mall in the ground floor and a view of the ocean from the balcony. Bad thing is the apartment had a TON of ants. There was a trail of ants crawling from the floor to the dining table and when we checked out we found an entire swarm of ants under one of our luggages."

"the property looks so old and dingy, no AC in the hall way, it was so hot and only one elevator serves for 46 floors. We have to move to another Hotel"
