"The hotel is located in front of a nice lake. I consider this hotel as a hidden gem. Is very beautiful and comfortable. Staff is customer oriented specially the lady at the frontdesk she is amazing. "Eigentlich hätte das Landhuus Dickensee die Bewertung “hervorragend”verdient. Aber wir bekamen ein Zimmer im EG und dies war von der Promenade her einsehbar. Leider gab es nur schwere Vorhänge, mit der man die Einsicht hätte verhindern können. Bei gleicher Ausstattung wäre ein Appartement im 1. OG ..."

Nice place, but grumpy staff with poor service
"Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is ..."
