We were greeted by the most wonderful staff member, Jolly. He was so kind and helpful with our check in process. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent! Highly recommended. And very close to Victoria train station and the theatre within walking distance.

From the minute this weary traveler stepped foot into the restaurant/pub I knew this would be a huge bonus to my trip other than just a room! The entire staff were amazing! The food was so delicious (especially the DEEP FRIED BUTTER CHICKEN - the lamb shanks, and many other dishes.The rooms were very cozy and the beds are big. I throughly enjoyed my stay .. the only drawback was that the fan on my thermostat didn’t seem to be able to be adjusted..so I assumed it was at a set speed. All in all this American loved the hospitality! Thank you all

Everything went very well once I got in touch with the manager of the property who explained to me how the check in works as well as the codes etc… The flat is all brand new, super quiet and very comfortable. Excellent area and all walking distance to everything. Overall, an excellent experience! I recommend it!
