It is an older property. Clean but not fancy. The staff on night shift couldn’t have tried any harder to keep the place in order. There was a young team of hockey players and families that were completely out of control. The kids ran and yelled up and down hallways and stairs. Dumped hot chocolate all over the place. While the parents set in dining area and socialized. No concern for all the kids or the disruptive behavior. No consideration at all for other hotel guests. Staff ( Margaret) deserves a major raise after what she was put through. The hockey team should be either charged a huge extra fee or be banned from the hotel. The Parents deserve a lecture

Walls are paper thin…could hear snoring all night. Shower curtain could have fit the tub better…water all over the floor. Entrance was not cleared of ice and snow. I won’t be back.

we had a very late arrival and checked around 3am so we were only at this hotel for about 9hrs before leaving. but even in that short amount of time we loved it! the room was clean and had everything we needed, the lobby was so cute for christmas, and it was a very easy check in and out. it made quite the impression even though we basically just slept and left!
