walking weekend

Good, clean and comfortable hotel for a weekend away to do some walking. Friendly staff, good evening meal menu, good wine. Breakfast was a bit basic, and I would have welcomed some fresh fruit and decaf coffee. On the whole very good value for money. Nice quiet location too.

Nachdem der Grossteil der Neujahrsgäste abgereist war, wurde der Pool nicht mehr so geheizt. Für Kleinkinder zu kühl, sonst ok. Wlan mässig, liegt aber eher an der tollen Höhenlage und der absoluten Ruhe. Haben wir sehr genossen. Wlan kann auch mal Zuhause bleiben

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, dass Essen super lecker und das Zimmer neu renoviert. Deshalb war es ein guter Trip und auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Zum relaxen gibt es einen kleinen aber feinen Pool sowie eine Sauna wo man nach einem Spaziergang echt abschalten und sich wohl fühlen kann.

Shame about some of the other guests.

A nice hotel with friendly staff. Unfortunately the evening meal was a buffet of limited choices which our children didn’t want to eat, so sadly they went hungry. Also there was a coach party of elderly Germans staying and some of them were extremely child intolerant and were very rude to us and ruined our evening there. But a good hotel none the less.

For dyrt

I og for sig et fint hotel, men prisen er i den høje ende i forhold til, hvad man får for pengene. De lovede toiletartikler og muligheden for at lave kaffe/the på værelset var der ikke. Et minus var manglende/meget dårlig wifi-forbindelse, som hotellet ellers var valgt ud fra. Hotellets personale taler kun tysk, og der er ikke mulighed for at betale med VISA. Et stort plus for vores børn var dog hotellets lille swimmingpool, som ikke havde mange gæster ud over os, da de fleste andre beboere på hotellet var ældre mennesker. En anden fordel var en god terrasse ud for vores værelse, hvilket jeg tror samtlige værelser havde (enten terrasse eller balkon)
