"This hotel is really clean. I was treated to room service everyday. The spa was beautiful well kept and lots of relaxing seating. They had tea on the go whenever you want. The hotel location suited me because i was visiting my family, but the area is very isolated not much going on. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I did not have breakfast because i thought it should've been included!"

"The property itself was charming enough. Room was clean, and had nice in-room coffee offering. Check in process was unclear, and app wasn't intuitive. We finally figured it out (email comes exactly at 3pm and you check in a few more times on app then get a door unlock on app). Room was hot. No A/C and no fan"
"Not truly family-friendly – disappointing stay.
We booked this hotel because it claimed to be family-friendly, but it was a big letdown. The pool was out of order (without any warning), and with it, the sauna was unavailable too — a major reason we chose this place.
The “playground” they promised in the listing? Not at the hotel. It’s somewhere in the village, which isn’t the same thing.
Our room faced the main street, making it noisy at night, and the blackout curtains left a huge 50 cm gap — so forget about proper sleep.
If you’re looking for a relaxing, family-friendly stay, I’d recommend looking elsewhere."
"Repeat visitors! Keep coming back to this place. Friendly and laidback service. Has it all for family w big kids and dog enroute to holidays. Family room w big balcony and fabulous views. Shower w excellent waterpressure or bath. Easy arrangements for late arrival and forest on doorstep for walking dog. Excellent breakfast with good coffee. Restaurant and beautiful garden for earlier arrivals. "

"Brilliant stop over. Bus stop very near to the property that connected us with the aider world. The mini bar fridge in our room was really appreciated when we got in very late. Good breakfast and great shower too. "
