This property was extremely cute and had great service. There is a gorgeous hike accessible from the property and lots of sheep to see. Breakfast was also included and very good.

We mistakenly thought we were booking a guesthouses in Hofn. We had to drive 30 minutes each way to find an open restaurant in Hofn. The closer one Riki's was closed.

The receptionist was very kind with us and gave a lot of suggestions, one of which were to dinner nearby. The breakfast was not so rich but good enough to start over for the day ahead.

We encountered no hot water at the first night as we checked in late and had to come back to the hotel in the afternoon next day to make sure there’s hot water before it ran out again. Then there was another issue in the room. The hair dryer was not working and I had to go outside with wet hair to get a working hair dryer. I sent a complaint message to the hotel but never heard back from them. The money we paid for the two nights stay is not worth for the condition. We were quite disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel.

Our stay was enjoyable. We stayed in double room with private bathroom which was clean, comfortable, and a nice size. The breakfast each morning was very nice. The location is great especially if you like peace and quiet. Conveniently located and close to both Höfn and Jokulsarlon.

Really lovely cabins. Locking the door was a bit tricky. Delicious breakfast buffet. There's a trail to one of the glaciers, so plan enough time to do the 8km hike!

Beautiful 8kms hiking trail just behind the guesthouse that guides you to the glacier above the cliff and along the river. Clean and cosy small cabin in a very calm area.

Stayed here for one night. Check-in was incredibly easy as they had our keys ready when we got there. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the views were incredible. Highly recommend staying here if you are passing through the area.
