"They gave me a free upgrade to a room with a view of the Rhine. The breakfast buffet was the best I've had at any European hotel. They had a designated machine only for hot chocolate, and the cocoa was so good I drank three cups. There was also a smoothie maker. Also, just a 10-minute walk to the Drachenfelsbahn."

"It's a colourful hotel, situated by the river, only about a 10 minutes walk from the city center. We had a generally pleasant stay, we were even able to watch the Euro 24 final on the rooftop bar. We stayed in room 135 on the ground floor with a view towards a back street so not memorable. The room was clean and spatious. "Stop over on way back to Scotland from Switzerland. Arrived late and was still able to get a meal in restaurant . Staff were excellent. Only issue we had they wanted to charge us for breakfast when we had already paid when we booked. Manager sorted it out. Will definitely use the hotel again"

"Hotel is really good for a business stay. They have a strange policy on Breakfast delivery, all to the room because of corona which is fine, but you must specify a window of time. I don't mind that but both mine and my colleagues were late, both days. If you're ordering order earlier is the moral of the story. Otherwise good hotel. "
