"The beach area is a nice part of the Israeli coast. The sand was not combed when we were there-there are cigarette butts, plastic cups. A single shower area. Hotel staff showed up with towels only at 09:30 AM! Also life guard service ends at 18:00, although there is daylight until almost 20:00. We reserved a family unit which is quite spacious but run down. Old furniture, drab curtains, "kitchenette" consists of small fridge, electric kettle and sink. "Terrible experience,we were conned by a guy named Maoz, and left with no place at all, and had to travel away back.worst service ever. No responsibility and no one to talk to, and great disappointment for us and our invited friends. Found out-he cheated others too. Hotels.com should have been much more responsible, for choosing the sales men the site works with.shame and sorrow. We were dammaged and there was no one gor responsible help or communication!!! Worst experience ever!!!"
