Schön aber werde nicht wieder kommen!

Das Frühstück war nicht so toll. Wenig Auswahl. Zimmer sauber und Bett ist sehr bequem. Wellness Bereich sehr sauber und bequem. Abendessen total überteuert und das Bier schmeckt mir persönlich überhaupt nicht. Der Ober Hammer war dass ich über 250€ pro Nacht gezahlt habe und das WLAN nicht funktioniert. Da ich viel am Laptop arbeiten muss ist das ein absolutes No Go. Ein Preisnachlass wäre angemessen gewesen meiner Meinung nach!

Superbe Hotel Wellness à 1000 m d'altitude

Superbe hôtel avec un très bel espace wellness et un excellent restaurant. J'avais une chambre très spacieuse, méga confortable et tout équipée jusque dans les moindres détails (peignoirs, chaussons, oreiller pour l'espace détente, parapluie, sac à dos, machine Nespresso, mini-bar rempli etc ...) Tout est pensé pour le confort et l'agrément des clients. Seul petit bémol: l'espace sauna ferme déjà 19h ce qui est beaucoup trop tôt quand on arrive tardivement ...

Did what it said on the tin. Absolutely spotless, great spa facilities, pool was quiet and exceptionally clean. Three different saunas, we had two rooms as we wee visiting with teenage children, they were the only children in the hotel at the time, definitely more adult orientated but the staff were friendly and welcoming. Restaurant was pricey - we’d onky booked breakfast initially, and an evening meal cost £130 euros for four meals (no deserts or starters) and two soft drinks and some wine for the adults. I had the tofu flambé which was enough to feed two - but we had ordered one each which was way too much - but that’s really the worst I can say - everything else was spot on, breakfast was lovely and lots of choice. There are activities during the day - we went “Nordic walking” with an instructor who guided us through a lovely walk through the forest. We also made good use of the gym, sauna and pool which were all immaculate. I also opted for a 50 minutemassage which was a reasonable price of about 60 euros. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels replaced if you wanted them. Gowns and slippers also provided as were pool towels, so no need to bring your own. In the local area there are also other bars and restaurant although it’s quite quiet and has a residential feel rather than a touristy part of the forest. Only a short drive from Schlusee which has lots of Great Lake activities and restaurants.

Le management de l'hôtel est très préoccupant, nous avons été choqué du mode de traitement brutal des employés et des clients . Seul le maitre d'hôtel parlait anglais. L'accueil est décevant, nous ne recommanderons pas cet hôtel, bien au contraire.

Bien mais trop cher

Très bon hôtel mais malgré les prestations de spa offert, cela reste trop cher. Il n'y a que le personnel d'accueil qui parle tout juste anglais, tous les écrits sont en allemand, pas de portier de nuit, Wifi faible et éteint de 11h à 7h du matin. Notion de 4* très différent d'en France, et le manager n'était pas du tout arrangeant (annulation d'une nuit tardivement).

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und durften ohne Aufpreis ein up-grade Zimmer im Neubau beziehen, welches sehr modern, gross und sauber war. Der Wellness-Bereich ist meines Erachtens eher bescheiden, dafür sind die Ruheräume zu grosszügig. Im Solebad fuktionierte die grosse Whirl-Anlage während des 3-tägigen Aufenthaltes nicht. Im Ruheraum mussten wir um 10 Uhr (die Badelanschaft öffnet um 7 Uhr) nach frischem Trinkwasser verlangen, was dann ca. nach einer halben Stunde gebracht wurde. Die 6-Gang Menues, das Mittagessen und das Frühstücksbüffet waren akzeptabel, könnten aber noch mehr perfektioniert werden. Das Personal war freundlich.

Das "Komfortzimmer" war klein, der Balkon, war eine Gemeinschafts-Terrasse, nichts für uns und schon gar nicht für unseren Hund. Das Essen war auch nicht nach unserem Geschmack recht fad nicht frisch!
