"Above a bar in a small town, this place was in a good location. The room was clean and modern, although small. For a solo traveler this didn’t matter. Fresh rolls delivered to your door at 07:00 for breakfast in your room. The people in the bar helped me get in touch with the owner who is not on site. The phone number on Hotels.com was not correct. Parking was in an open area opposite the bar. It was a noisy location as traffic passed on two sides. "

"Lovely staff that spoke excellent English. We loved that we could buy reasonably priced wine and beer from self service bar and supply of glasses too. Was going to have breakfast but felt it was very expensive when there a couple of cafes open around the corner. All in all was a great hotel."

"A very good quality small hotel. Manager could not have been more kind and helpful. Restaurant was closed on Monday night so he booked us an excellent place in the pretty square where we had home cooked Indian food. Unexpected but delightful. Everything was clean and comfortable. All essentials were in the rooms. Breakfast was very good too. A lucky find near the German border. "

"Check in was easy as completed on line. Our room (22) was like going back to the 80’s but was clean, fully functional and quite big. Brekkie offering was plentiful, selection of cereals, cold meats, cheeses, yoghurts, breads, preserves, dried and fresh fruit, tea, coffee, selection of doughnuts also the option of eggs and crispy bacon cooked to order. "We absolutely loved our stay here. The sauna was amazing and the bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. We especially loved the buffet breakfast and dining area. The welcome area has stocked drinks and wines you make make use of with an easy system to relay back what you have selected to add to your bill. Staff are amazing and extremely nice. Would recommend staying if considering visiting this party of Germany. "

"Overall the hotel was very nice! Specifically the restaurant which was always full with wonderful families and couples at German dinner time. We got to experience Oktoberfest. Food was fantastic. For the hotel being the only one in the area it was very nice. "

"Stayed here with a couple of friends during the European Championships and they made our experience easy. Very friendly hosts, who helped us check in early when we arrived the morning of England’s group game in Frankfurt so a fair travel, but were extremely accommodating and meant we were able to get to the match early. Stayed here for the rest of the tournament and was a nice hub to travel to neighbouring cities. Thankyou!"
