"This is a great place for us who wanted to explore the Bavaria. You can experience the country side of Kirchheim am Reis. We had the quiet basement apartment for us and it was very roomy. The property was a short drive to Nordlingen and Dinkelsbuhl which were the two towns we wanted to visit. We also took a stroll at the back walking/bike trail. The fields are gorgeous. "Hotel breakfast was 10 out of 10, stayed for 3 nights with our dogs, no problem parking, and easy to get into the town for evening meals. Rooms were clean but a little tired, could have a fridge as there was enough room, excellent guide book with very useful information. Had the honesty box for drinks which was nice."
