The beds were not comfortable. The only positive points was the neighbourhood surrounding. Just shows sometimes it’s best to just go to a hotel for a comfortable night sleep

We loved everything about this property! Perfect position in a lovely street full of great restaurants and cafes and a stroll down Kelly’s Steps to Salamanca Wharf. The apartment was beautifully decorated, spotless and communication with the owner Robert was swift and easy. We’ll definitely recommend this property to friends and family!

Everything about the property was incredible. It had a lot of character! We loved all of the little touches that made our stay incredibly comfortable and luxurious . Perfect for a short walk to Salamanca. Reccomend the Thai fusion restaraunt on the same street. A great start to iur honeymoon- worth the splurge!

Great location

Battery Point Boutique Accommodation is in the best location! Walking distance to everything that matters. Major problem was the number provided by hotels.com was incorrect. Google came up with another number (which was also incorrect). Luckily the owner called 1:30pm of the day I was supposed to check-in as there is no reception at the hotel. The property also only has 3 car spots (for 4 apartments). It is pretty much first-in, first-serve. I definitely wouldn't recommend trying to park anything bigger than a large sedan. FYI, the 2 bedroom apartments all seem to have a toilet ensuite. So the other person will have to go to your bedroom to use the toilet/shower. Shouldn't be a problem for most people though.

L’hébergement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et bien équipe, a une distance de marche raisonnable de Salamanca. En revanche, la communication est déplorable. Nous n’avons jamais reçu le code permettant de récupérer la clef, et sans l’aide d’un client sur place (qui a rencontré le même problème) et qui a pu téléphoner pour nous, nous aurions sans doute couché dehors. Aucune réponse à nos mails, ni de message d’excuse ou autre. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

A nice apartment in an excellent location. Very clean and tidy with some nice extra touches, such as complimentary biscuits and chocolates, and bath robes. My only complaint is that quite a bit of street light got into the bedrooms, so none of the three of us got a good nights sleep. We only stayed for one night so it wasn't a major problem, but it may have been if we had stayed for multiple nights.

Excellent accomodation, great location, very tastefully decorated and furnished. Well appointed. Great support from the manager Rob and cleaner Sonia. Will definitely make this our regular base when staying in Hobart.

This truly was a home away from home. Not only is it gorgeously renovated with the style of the building. It had everything we need, all appliances and utensil and all very good quality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Stunning property in the perfect spot for walking to Salamanca Markets, the Taste of Tasmania and watching the yachts sail in from the Sydney to Hobart race. Beautifully appointed, had so many lovely little touches and complimentary items provided. Communication was excellent. Could not fault a thing. We are already planning our next trip back!
