Estuvimos una noche en este hotel. Se nota que es nuevo o está completamente renovado. Está muy limpio y la habitación es muy amplia y con baño. Lo que menos nos gustó es el servicio. La recepción siempre estaba sola. El chico que atendía debía estar en otro lugar y para preguntar alguna cosa tenías que tocar un timbre y entonces venía. Hicimos la reserva por Hoteles.com y no encontraba nuestra referencia. No nos dió ninguna opción (no hablaba mucho inglés) así que, como estábamos cansados, pagamos de nuevo la noche. Luego contactamos con Hoteles.com a través del chat y nos atendieron muy bien. Se pusieron en contacto con el chico y encontraron la reserva. Así que nos devolvió lo que habíamos pagado.
