Everything is great except the shower door. It gets water all over the bathroom and on the floor. I was afraid I was going to fall and I’m a pretty limber person. Also there was no soap at all. Not sure I missed that it wasn’t provided or housekeeping forgot it.

Hotel is conveniently located to transportation and shopping. Room was nice but extremely small!!! Several days before I arrived. I informed the hotel that I was traveling for my birthday celebration. They helped me celebrate by giving me the worse room in the hotel. Had to take the main elevator to second floor. Then walk to the back of the hotel through the breakfast dining room to a hidden elevator at the back of the hotel. Then take that elevator up one floor to get to my room. Which had a view of the breakfast dining room skylight. Nice hotel but don’t expect any extras. They didn’t even clean our room. I think it was so hidden they forgot about it. I should have stayed at The Grand Hotel. Which is directly next door.

Great hotel - clean and modern. Breakfast selection was really good although coffee ordering seemed a little chaotic. A minor point that in an end room I wasn’t able to get good wi-fi connection which should be standard.

Our stay at The Thief in Oslo was wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the reception was warm and welcoming, and we were genuinely touched by the thoughtful little treats and gifts left in our room since we were celebrating our birthdays and anniversaries. A special thank you to the Guest Relations team at the hotel for making our experience so incredible. The room amenities were great, and we especially loved the breakfast. A heartfelt thanks to Marta, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a truly amazing experience. Her exceptional service, along with the entire Guest Relations team, Ida-Sofie, Thea and everyone at the front desk, made us feel so welcomed and cared for. We are immensely grateful for such a delightful stay and can’t wait to return!
