"The hotel is beautiful, very clean. And centrally located. My “complaints” are really nitpicky. We were facing the street, and people were loud late into the night (not the hotels fault). The bed was very firm. If you love a firm bed, this is the place for you. They do provide lots of pillows, which I love. My only real complaint is that on the hotels.com website it said breakfast is included. At the hotel they said “we don’t do that anymore.” Disappointing."

"Nice hotel and great location. We stayed one night in a 2 queen with pullout couch with 2 teenagers after visiting UT. Breakfast was great with gluten free options, which was nice for my daughter who has celiac. Rooftop bar was super nice for an evening cocktail. It was too cold to enjoy the outdoor space. "A suite at 500$ per should have bedroom and living area separated. Trying to show tech with 2 tv's 3 feet apart and bathroom light coming on at 2 when pee break came was a shock. Breakfast was ordinary at beat. The view of a brick wall was the highlight of our stay. I'vestayed with Hilton for 40 years and this was a true disappointment."

"Great location for visiting University of Tennessee. Hotel theming was so cute. Dining option on site was convenient. Only parking option is valet. Definitely not a quiet location. Police sirens all hours of night and dumpsters getting emptied in middle of night. "
