"There were no glasses if you wanted some wine in your room. We were only given 1 small bottle of water between two people per day. And there was no creamer or milk for the instant coffee. "We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions, it is very basic but suits our needs as an overnight stop with a dog. Last night we arrived and found the toilet seat cracked through and the sink cracked, the shower sealant was mouldy. I informed the reception about the toilet seat and was told there was no other rooms available and she thanked me for telling her. This morning at breakfast I gave my dog a piece of my paid for baguette and a piece of cheese, the gentleman on reception came...

"Nice location across the street from Pau airport. Unfortunately my flight was canceled. Taxis and Uber unreliable, so i missed my train. Very small tv, no remote so useless. No shampoo, old towels. They seem to be trying to make this a nice small hotel, but basics are lacking. "
