"Hotel was under going major renovations — which we weren’t made aware of until AFTER booking. The room, hallways, and surrounding areas were very nice, however the construction made it a hassle to get around — especially with luggage. They put our car in valet parking and took our keys like a valet service, but did nothing but hand our keys back to us when we went to pickup our car and then looked at me like they expected a tip. I had to run out in the rain to even get the employees attention!...
