All the staff were very welcoming and helpful, with special thanks to Fredrik for reaching out to us in advance with late arrival instructions, and for upgrading us to a room with a balcony to enjoy the sunny weather, and for helping us with parking instructions (which is very cheap street parking, very easily managed through EasyPark app). This is an old hotel that has been updated, so set your expectations accordingly. Rooms are very comfortable and clean with approp amenities, but it is the overall setting and charm of the old building and village that is the luxury of a stay here. Would strongly recommend choosing a room with balcony if available. "

"We loved this charming hotel in an even more charming town. The breakfast was great. There are lots of shops just outside the front door and the parking garage is literally next door. Don’t miss the chocolatier, Heimdal, just down the street. Highly recommend. "
