"Hotel, room, and restaurants were great. The spa was disappointing. We booked two deep tissue massages for my wife and I, which were specifically confirmed as such prior to booking them. The massages were superficial and could be considered a relaxation massage at best. We both asked the masseuse to apply more pressure, but they must have not been very experienced because they did were not receptive. When a hotel advertises specific types of services, they should be able to deliver and this was not the case here."

"Excellent setting,we had a spectacular view from our balcony if you were standing, not at all if sitting in the chairs provided,the wooden balcony obscured the view completely.The room was big clean and pleasant and generally typical of a top hotel,although I have stayed in many hotels and had never stayed in one with no coffee making facilities in the room before,that was a down for me,I had to either call for room service or go down to the restaurant or bar area. The hotel seemed to be very understaffed, we waited half an hour to get a drink at the bar,we elected to leave the hotel and have drinks in the town. All in all for the price paid it fell short over my stays in budget hotels."
