禁煙室なのにタバコ臭
何度も使わせて頂きいつも満点評価をしていましたが、今回は1点だけ不満が有りました。 禁煙室なのにタバコの臭いが部屋に染み付いていたのです。部屋を交換してもらうまででは無いか、と思い我慢して泊まりましたが、翌朝には衣類、荷物の全てのものに臭いが染み付いたので、最初に変えて頂くべきだったと後悔しました。 悪いのは前に泊まった方ですが、ホテル側も清掃時に気付いていたはず。
