We travelled as a family of 4 and this property was one of few that had 4 separate beds. It was also within walking distance from Hiroshima station. It is located in a relatively quiet part of town, and having (from memory) 6 rooms, it was also a quiet stay.

口コミでチェックインの仕方が難しいとありましたが、前日にメールで案内がきて、難しさは感じませんでした。尋ねたい事もエクスペディアの連絡で尋ねた際も迅速な解答を頂きとても助かりました。少し潔癖な私も十分安心するぐらい衛生的でとても綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。近くにセブンがあり、広島駅からもキャリーで移動しても負担にならない丁度いい距離でした。また利用させていただきたいです。

アメニティなどの確認は、チャットで敏速丁寧に確認できた。 ただ、今回宿泊の24時間まえのチェックイン等の案内が届かず、当日電話でのやり取りがなかなか繋がらなく苦労したことと、入室してからホテルの案内用タブレットが機能しておらず、案内やチェックアウト等の確認が出来ず、サイトなどを確認するも、確認したい情報(例えばチェックアウトの方法)が載っておらず大変でした。 部屋の方は設備は整っていて快適に過ごせました。 清掃に関しては他の口コミにもある様に、少し汚れが有りました。
