Perhaps be more flexible on check in time. It was drizzling n cold. We arrived at 14.10 but were not able to chk in as the staff said the room was not ready. Otherwise everything was perfect n highly recommend

"We stayed here while hiking the nakasando trail and it was the best decision. The onsen was beautiful. Everything was clean. Staff were superb. The dinner and breakfast buffets were amazing. Can’t wait to come back."
