Room was dirty, after calling for service no one came to vacuum the floor. They don't enough breakfast food for all guests, I asked for more coffee or anything and I was ignored. Fridge didn't work, and heater was set up on the highest temperature and was broken because I couldn't make any changes on it. And service was bad. Good location though!

The room itself was spacious and no complaints about location but cleaning was subpar. We found a leftover empty can beside the bed upon check in and the soap in the washroom was empty (likely not checked during turnover). We had to make several trips to the front desk for towels, bedding and refill of the soaps. Overall it was acceptable for the price and convenience but would not stay here again.

Breakfast at hotel was included but there is hardly anytime when you will be able to get anything there. Room in which we stayed had terrible smell of cigarette smoke. Very bad experience.

When we arrived we thought the place was nice looking , got to our room and discovered the room we upgraded for was not available and no refund was available as staff told us that very rudely that it was Expedia’s error and not theirs . When we went down for breakfast the sign stated it was till 9am and when we arrived at 830am we were told oh it’s over at 830 and there is no food left . The lady at the front desk was rude and unapologetic and basically said that’s the summer hours and the sign can’t be changed . Will never return to this hotel.

I booked my husband in to stay as he was working in town for seven days turns out his work got cut short and needed to move locations so checked out two days early at 10 o’clock in the morning and I’ve been trying to get a refund or a credit for his stay and the manager refuses because I have booked through Expedia Expedia has contacted him, and he has stated that he will not be giving a refund. I am beyond disappointed as my husband works in that area all the time and brings them lots of business, and I will no longer book with them.
