"Booking through Expedia was a little confusing how to check in. The property is managed and run from the hotel next door. There are also hidden costs which only become apparent when checking in. The apartment was nice and well laid out, my only critique was the road noise woke us every morning from 4am. I admit it was extremely hot and we had to sleep with all the windows open as there is no air conditioning. This apartment would work ok in the winter. It is also a steep walk into town. The views over the town are however are amazing."
"Th staff was very welcoming , friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a spacious room that was clean, comfortable and relaxing with access to a balcony. We enjoyed the excellent location as it was close to the downtown shops as well as the gondola lift. Highly recommend this to other travellers! "
"Great hotel and perfect for the slopes. Unfortunately booked as pay on arrival but they take payment 1 month before directly off your credit card. So you lose the key points too. Very poor that thus website pass on the sensitive data. "
"Boris and Yesica were amazing staff. whether related to food, drink, assistance with the shuttle bus for skiing, they were so so helpful.
both deserve our gratitude. they made our stay excellent.
a really pleasant enjoyable palce.
we're going back again."
"The hotel is advertised as having AC, this was a key element in my decision to book this hotel.
Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows.
We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it.
That was on Saturday and we checked out on Monday. I have yet to hear back from her or anyone in the property.
The receptionist offered us another room where they opened the windows. How did i not think of that?
I asked to get at least a fan but i'm only a paying customer, why should i get a response?
The hotel images, suggest that it is somewhat secluded. This is not the case as i was woken up by trains passing nearby (100-200m) at 7am. We had to sleep with open windows...
Not my ideal vacation.
The only bright side in this hotel was the F&B staff who were super friendly and helpful."
